On the private mortgages we had a few challenges but everything worked out in the end, and your professionalism meant that I felt that you and your office were behind me all the way.  I will be doing more business with you in the future.

On my investment in the MIC, the payments were always paid to me on time, and I earned 12% on my investment per year for the roughly eighteen months the money was at work.  I will be investing in the MIC again as funds are available.
